Crest Counselling
Take time, take a breath, take control
Hi, my name is Esther and I would like to welcome you to Crest Counselling
Over the years I have worked with so many people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic illness. These conditions often leave people feeling lonely, unheard, overwhelmed or misunderstood.
Every person is unique; we all experience things in different ways. This means that your therapy should be tailored to your specific needs, and this is how I approach the counselling experience with my clients.
I can offer therapy for:
Abuse, Addictions, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Business Coaching, Career Coaching, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Depression, Development coaching, Disability, Health related issues, Life Coaching, OCD, Personal Development, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Self-esteem, Stress and Trauma.

I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor and work with both qualified and trainee Counsellors.
In my supervision practice, I strive to create a balanced environment where therapists feel both supported and challenged. This approach encourages growth and self-reflection, ultimately leading to the best outcomes for their clients. By fostering open dialogue and constructive feedback, I help therapists navigate their professional journeys with confidence and insight. Together, we work towards enhancing their skills and effectiveness in practice.
